Refund Policy for NEMO Service App
Effective Date: 1st January 2025
At NEMO, we strive to provide exceptional services and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services booked or used through the NEMO Service App.
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
1.1. If the service provider fails to deliver the service within the specified time or as per the agreed-upon standards.
1.2. If the service is canceled by the customer at least 7-14 Days before the scheduled time, as per the cancellation policy.
1.3. If there is a technical issue or error on the app that resulted in double charges or incorrect deductions.
1.4. In the case of fraudulent transactions reported and verified in accordance with our fraud prevention policies.
The following are non-refundable:
2.1. Services that were rendered successfully and to the agreed-upon standards.
2.2. Cancellations made outside the permissible cancellation period.
2.3. Situations where the service provider was unable to deliver due to the customer’s unavailability or incorrect information provided during booking.
3.1. To request a refund, customers must contact NEMO Customer Support within 7-14 Days of the incident or transaction date.
3.2. Requests should be submitted via email to info@armsit.ng or through the in-app support system.
3.3. Customers must provide the following details:
4.1. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-14 Days.
4.2. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as wallet credits on the app, depending on customer preference.
4.3. Refunds may take 7-14 Days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider or bank.
5.1. NEMO reserves the right to deny refund requests if the claim does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
5.2. In cases of disputes, the matter will be escalated to our [Dispute Resolution Team/Third-party Arbitrator] for resolution.
NEMO reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications.
